Come and join Dave Newton for a little tour around his kitbag for tips and tricks on kit to pack for travel photography. Having visited 24 countries and 6 continents in 2022 and having already racked up 10 countries this year, he knows a bit about packing kit to get on a plane. With subjects covering wildlife, people, landscapes and cultural sites, he’s photographed most things from the equator to the frozen continent of Antarctica. Listen in as he talks you through what kit he takes with him and how he goes about setting up his kit and cameras to photograph round the world private jet journeys for his clients. Among this, he’ll sprinkle in his deep knowledge of the Canon system and how it makes his job easier, so you know how to get the best out of your kit next time you head out shooting.
