The SMC Pentax-A 645 75mm f/2.8 is a manual-focus standard lens designed for the Pentax 645 medium format system. Offering a 75mm focal length, it provides a field of view equivalent to approximately 50mm on 35mm full-frame cameras when used with 645 film, and about 59mm on digital 645 bodies.

This example shows few signs of cosmetic wear and is in nice condition overall. Optically there are a few small spots of dust internally, however these don't affect image quality.
