Fujifilm GF 120mm f/4 Macro R LM OIS WR

The GF120mm F4 R LM OIS WR Macro is a mid-telephoto lens for the GFX system and provides the 35mm equivalent to a 95mm lens. An obvious choice for portrait photographers, the lens is also capable of delivering half life-size macro images so it's well suited to close-up photography as well.

The lens features an optical construction of 14 elements in nine groups, with three extra-low dispersion (ED) elements. The position of the ED elements is optimised to keep aberrations to a minimum and deliver impressive bokeh effects both in front of and behind the subject.

A floating focus system featuring two linear motors is used inside the GF120mm, with the motors providing both a fast and quiet autofocusing performance. The lens also features a large manual focusing ring and has a total of nine weather-resistant seals to repel dust, moisture and sub-zero temperatures down to -10°C. Furthermore, the front element of the lens has a fluorine coating to repel dirt and moisture.

A powerful optical image stabilisation (OIS) system is built in and offers up to five stops of compensation, which increases flexibility when shooting handheld. The lens aperture ring features 19 click-stopped settings of 1/3EV each and also has A and C settings. The A setting is used to select program and shutter-priority exposure modes, the C setting allows the aperture value to be set using a command dial on the camera body. Both these settings can be locked so they don't get accidentally moved.

By connecting the GF120mmF4 R LM OIS WR Macro and the MCEX-45G WR Macro Extension Tube (sold separately) it's possible to take photographs at a life size 1:1 ratio.
