Each Kodak Charmera camera is sold as a blind box item, meaning the colour or design inside is a surprise and cannot be chosen. Because these are randomly packed, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges if you receive a duplicate or a design you didn't expect.
If your camera arrives faulty or damaged, please contact your local London Camera Exchange store or our online team within 14 days, and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened online purchases can be returned within 14 days under our distance selling policy. Items must be in factory-sealed condition with proof of purchase.
