The Leofoto NB-46 dual panoramic ballhead lets you pan the head at the base and also includes a panning clamp at the top. This removes the need to get a perfectly level tripod by adjusting the length of individual legs. This feature will be useful for anyone that requires a completely level horizon, such as for stitching landscapes for panoramic photos, doing pan moves in video or for panning with moving wildlife when using a gimbal head.

The panning clamp has a round locking screw knob on one side and then a panning lock lever on the other side. The lever can be pulled out and the angle adjusted for better clearance. An integrated bulls eye spirit level on the clamp helps you get your camera level. There is a separate panning screw knob at the bottom and laser engraved scale around the base of the head. The main ball is released via the large screw knob on the side which has a smaller friction adjustment control recessed inside it. A single cut out drop notch in the body to allow for vertical portrait shooting.
