The Leofoto VH-10 two way monopod head adds greater flexibility when using a monopod, though can also be used on a tripod. It lets you quickly adjust the tilt angle of your camera & lens or scope, without either having to move forwards or backwards when not using a head, or it also falling sideways if you were using a ballhead.

The head features a large knob on the side for controlling the friction on the tilt or locking it completely. There is a small lever on the top which locks the 360 degree top panning clamp and then a smaller knob on the side which locks the clamp. The head comes with a 70mm long arca swiss compatible quick release plate which you can screw onto your camera, lens foot, or scope for quick mounting on and off. For long lenses that have built in arca swiss compatible foot, you can mount these directly to the head without using the plate. It's also compatible with the replacement Leofoto lens feet for certain lenses such as the SF-01 & SF-02.

On the bottom of the head there is a 3/8" brass threaded hole for mounting onto the top of a monopod and a 1/4" conversion adapter is also included. If you've got an arca swiss compatible clamp on the top of your monopod already (or a tripod head) then you can also clamp the VH-10 directly in the clamp without needing to screw it on.
